John, I wondered the same thing and a quick google in quote marks revealed 2 results - almost a Googlewhack. Still none the wiser as the result document doesn't want to load. Ellick - have you done any reliability studies on your sensors and alarm systems for tank overfill etc? Lessons learnt from Buncefield. Also, are you dealing with a COMAH site here? Emergency action plans, sharing with authorities etc.
