Does anyone have an indicative example of a management programme to achieve targets and objectives including proactive and reactive targets and objectives?

Once our objectives are agreed by Exec Team I use Microsoft projects to set up the required programme.

This provides a lot of flexibility where you can set the main objective and then indent sub tasks as the associated "targets" assign resources, link dependencies and provides a myriad of reporting formats.
