Does anyone have an indicative example of a management programme to achieve targets and objectives including proactive and reactive targets and objectives? I am grateful for any help and assistance, kind regards P W

Is this the kind of thing you mean? http://www.projectsmart....status-on-a-project.html (Above a random Google example, I've no connection with the above) p.s. I don't think there's such a thing as a "reactive target" ( you can't set passive goals)................but willing to be convinced otherwise!

Once our objectives are agreed by Exec Team I use Microsoft projects to set up the required programme. This provides a lot of flexibility where you can set the main objective and then indent sub tasks as the associated "targets" assign resources, link dependencies and provides a myriad of reporting formats. If you have Microsoft projects drop me private note and I will send you a copy.
