I remember the QM2 one Steve, also thought it more recent. I'm more interested in passenger cruise terminals, not cars or cargo. There are already procedures set up and they work, no point reinventing anything if it works, but just need to know what I need to know. As an aside some of the baggage handlers receive up to £200. a day in tips. Not bad eh? I may try to get into that side of the work :-)
