Yes the proof is in the pudding. Unfortunately that pudding is of varying quality...
Ultimately, for me, when I visit site I want to see that the guys have read the RA's. Their signature is a declaration that they have read and understood these documents. That's why a lack of signatures is an issue here. We have a very open culture and I am sure that any issues or difficulties reading or understanding these docs would be communicated to me (it certainly has before).

Why not just sack the supervision as they clearly are not performing their role. Good lesson to all about the importance of the RaMS. Training is of absolutely no use if supervision do not perform their role. The immediate message back on the job is that it does not really matter.

Unfortunately, those decisions are above my level!
I agree it would certainly sort it out and send a message, but it simply won't happen.
I like the idea of the random serial numbers that could be interesting but then they actually do forget to hand in paperwork with overtime on it!
I would like to focus people back onto the cards though - the more feedback I get RE these the better as I am going to put it to the board of directors very soon!
