Dear All,

I am planning for IPD - open book assessment. I would appreciate if anyone share his experience regarding that.

Best regards

Plan to have plenty of spare time to do the assessment --- some of the questions may need to have more research than you anticipated, and you will be amazed at how quickly time can fly by.

Best of luck

Look at the syllubus and make sure you look into areas you know you don't have enough knowledge or experience in and do a bit of reading. 3 hours seems like a long time, but it soon flies by when you have to answer the questions.

I did a lot of reading up before hand to make sure I had some idea on areas I knew were not my strong points. Some folks also suggested reading through the old NEBOSH H&S Book as well. Certainly for memory joggers if nothing else.

Good luck with your exam. Make sure you have a drink to hand, and won't be disturbed.
