Look at the syllubus and make sure you look into areas you know you don't have enough knowledge or experience in and do a bit of reading. 3 hours seems like a long time, but it soon flies by when you have to answer the questions. I did a lot of reading up before hand to make sure I had some idea on areas I knew were not my strong points. Some folks also suggested reading through the old NEBOSH H&S Book as well. Certainly for memory joggers if nothing else. Good luck with your exam. Make sure you have a drink to hand, and won't be disturbed.
