Rank: Super forum user		According to the definition in Regulation 2. CDM 2105 all the activities you have described would fall within the ambit of the regs. CDM 2015 also includes all domestic construction work, albeit the duties for the domestic client fall to the contractor(s).

Rank: Super forum user		It was already covered by previous iterations of CDM. This isn't new. CDM applies (to a greater or lesser extent) to ALL construction work.
