Rank: Forum user		In the past Ive used safety crosswords & pictures conatining lots of hazards for employees to spot - winners get a small prize.

Rank: Forum user		How about a role understanding session, where senior management go out among those at the coal face and discuss the issues faced followed by a similar session for the operatives. A greater understanding from all concerned can build bridges and create a more cohesive workplace, getting everyone on board will be the challenge. Good luck anyway, and look forward to hearing other ideas.
