Dear All,

I am in the process of designing activities for our health and safety week for April 2017 and I looking for ideas.

Can you please share with me ideas which have worked for you please?

In the past Ive used safety crosswords & pictures conatining lots of hazards for employees to spot - winners get a small prize.

How about a role understanding session, where senior management go out among those at the coal face and discuss the issues faced followed by a similar session for the operatives.  A greater understanding from all concerned can build bridges and create a more cohesive workplace, getting everyone on board will be the challenge. Good luck anyway, and look forward to hearing other ideas.
