Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone can help. I am completing my first annual review with the board and was wondering if anyone has a presentation template they find works well.
Many thanks in advance.

I suggest you look at last years , and tweak it , I find at senior levels they like the familar. Also circulate prior to presentation so stakeholders have time to prepare for obvious questions that review might pose. Senior management hate been caught with trousers down. If not where we where, what we did, what the result was, and where you want to go. They also like to see how they compare to similar industries e.g your metric slides shows a lagging indicator of TRIR 1.7 make sure to compare to similar sector ie US Department of Labour stats is 3.7 Graphs and single word slides bad news sandwichs we are good at x but y is slipping and z is improving. just a few thoughts( does make Senior Management sound like small children!)

Thanks for getting back to me. Very helpful.
There has not been one before - this is the first so I have none to compare it to unfortunately.
I have all the facts and figures already - including the very pretty graphs with comparisons to sector as a whole. I am just wondering if anyone had a format for thir annual H&S reviews that flowed well to save me doing one myself.

Is this a written report or presentation?
Look at what was done previously and find out what the feedback was from last year’s report- it could have been so mind numbingly bad that that is the reason you got the job! Find out what sort of thing they like: short or long, words or pictures and graphs etc. Then put in what has been suggested ie Introduction-what I will be talking about Main body- - where we were,
- what we did,
- what the result was, a
- where you want to go.
- Bit of bench marking can be good- use UK stats if based here
Finally summarise this in case they have already forgotten. Request feedback Include an Executive Summary for those people who cannot be bothered reading it all but remember there will one person who will read every single word and ask detailed questions on something or other.
