Hi King44632, Is the system you have currently running called Datix? This is a common risk management system among Trusts (The ones i have worked in anyhow!!!). I am no Guru on it but we used to use for all incident reporting and our Guru used to help with loading risk assessments on (as per management regs). This was really useful in keeping clinical and non-clinical (H&S) risk assessments and Governance in one place and was good in populating risk registers for the various directorate meetings, etc. As i say i am no expert but there may be someone in a Trust near you that may be of help. There are many systems out there that can do this, a forum search may help. Many will also link with existing systems, it will depend on your exact requirements and budget, we found it cheaper to go to another provider (not a Trust or using your system though)
