Folks I am in the process of trying to complete the above element, however I am struggling with it. I have looked at the sample in the IOSH book, however Im still unsure. Is there anyone out there can give me some guidance i.e examples of what they did to complete the element. I appreciate your advice. Eddy

Hi Eddy, I'm looking at the same element and have roughly followed the descriptions/evidence mentioned in the table, and referenced back to the bullet pointed list. I carried out a gap analysis against 18001, then produced a short report that i emailed to manager for review/comment. Receive comments back & draft an RA strategy document for board approval, including some recommendations. Off the back of the approved strategy document develop a training plan for the risk assessors & perhaps also plan a general awareness training session for all staff. Write a procedure (or policy) setting out the framework for conducting, monitoring and reviewing risk assessments. Hopefully i'm on the right lines.

Hi Bob, Eddy's question relates to an element within the IOSH IPD process.

Thanks Kenty for your reply. Much appreciated. This is very helpful. Eddy If you don't mind could I PM you with what I had in mind later in the week just to see if I am on the right lines and also get a second opinion from someone else.
