If it is a new build house I would think that the only lead product would be the flashing of the roof, beyond that I cannot see why lead would be used. Regards

What lead hazard in newly built homes are you concerned about. There should be no lead paints, pipes only flashing. There are test kits out there which you can take to site to identify lead.

Zinc tends to be favoured over lead flashing. Can't think of any significant lead otherwise in a new build.
