Apart from other conditions and PPE, staff working in a -5C or more cold/freezer room should have regular warm up breaks.

Any guidelines for what 'regular' means?

From my knowledge there is no fixed number to quote, it comes down to your own risk assessment. It's too dependant on clothing, type of task etc. for there to be a standard number of breaks quoted. 

From my own consultancy work with a cold food store, they operated on 10 minutes every hour
