Paul Craythorne Associates are a network based health, safety and environmental consultancy based in the West and East Midlands and supporting clients across the UK.
Our workload has recently increased to such an extent that we now have a need to recruit an Health, Safety and Environmental Consultant to provide specific support to enable the company to meet the existing and future needs of our clients.
The role attracts a salary of circa £25,000 per annum (depending upon experience and qualifications) plus other benefits.
The ideal person must reside within easy commuting distance of Birmingham and also have the following attributes:
* Appropriate qualifications in health and safety e.g. NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ Level 4/Post Grad Diploma (holders of other relevant qualifications will be considered on merit).
* Membership of a relevant professional body.
* At least 2 years experience as a practitioner, consultant or enforcer.
* Auditing experience.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* Excellent planning and time management skills.
* The ability to grow exisitng business and search out new business.
The position may ideally suit someone who is currently in a full time role and looking to move into consultancy.
This position is quite imminent so a long notice period with a current employer is likely to be prohibitive.
