Posted By Bill Brown G'Day all, Following up on my earlier submission "Coming Home" could you please tell me what legislation is current in the UK. I have hard copies of the Health & Safety At Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety At Work Regulations 1999, most of which is identical or very similar to the Oz Legislation. It has been suggested that there are others to consider including the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007. I would appreciate any advice. On the other hand if any of you guys are planning a trip and need info I am happy to do the leg work for you with OSH information. Safe Days : Bill B.
