Posted By Mark Jarman We currently handle a variety of chemical, flammable and other hazardous products in a warehouse environment, using fork lift trucks. As part of a safety awareness campaign, I am promoting the company policy of driving fork lift trucks in reverse when hazardous products are being moved around the facility. I am looking for any information on incidents that have occurred where packages containing hazardous materials have been damaged after being run over by fork lift trucks.
