Posted By Mark Jarman We currently handle a variety of chemical, flammable and other hazardous products in a warehouse environment, using fork lift trucks. As part of a safety awareness campaign, I am promoting the company policy of driving fork lift trucks in reverse when hazardous products are being moved around the facility. I am looking for any information on incidents that have occurred where packages containing hazardous materials have been damaged after being run over by fork lift trucks. Any information is appreciated! Thanks Mark

Posted By David Scott Mark, You might like to contact the British Aerosols Manufacturing Association (BAMA) 02078285111 or enquiries@bama.co.uk who may give you the insight to two rather large incidents involving aerosols and FLT's in warehousing!
