Posted By Tom Should complex 24/7 shift patterns be subjected to formal Risk Assessments? I'm thinking here about the fittness people to drive home, people falling asleep at the wheel has been in the news quite a bit this year. A company may well put in place systems to ensure that workers don't cause accients on their premises but what about when they're driving to or from work?
