Posted By Eric Burt Thanks both for the responses. I have the CORGI guidance note on the new British Standard BS6173:2001 which requires gas appliances in commercial kitchens to be interlocked with the ventilation system in terms of make-up air and extraction. Unfortunately, HSE does not have a gas specialist in the same way as they have electrical specialists. Thanks, Eric
