Hello everybody
I have recently taken the role of quality manager in my company and the first problem I am facing is to establish a process for internal communication. I would be very grateful if someone could give some ideas about this process

Posted By Oliver Shaw Hi, Try listing your current communications,typically: Daily, weekly, monthly meetings. Department meetings. Ad hoc project meetings. Formal "state of the nation" statements and staff briefings. Complaints procedure. You could also list external communications in the same "Communications document", such as: Government national, local, and technical agencies Neighbours Memberships of "professional organisations" (IOSH??)
