They should have completed risk assessments and may be prepared to let your friend look at a couple to get an idea of what she should be doing. I believe there is a National Hairdressers Federation or similar. Again your local College HD Dept should help with this. They used to supply a h and s manual for hairdressers. Not sure of cost.
