Emphasise the activites you have been involved in - you may be part time, but if you have been instrumental in establishing or revitalising the SMS in your organisation, then this would count poisitively towards you if compared to a more "experienced" individual who has just been sailing along. Accentuate the positive and be ready to answer questions about the negative - what may look bad to start with could be turned around and made to look better under a different light.
