Posted By Peter Lee I assume you mean risk assessment, things to look for are CO2 in confined spaces, slips trips falls, manual handling, coshh for line cleaner, burns and or scalds in the kitchen, outdoor play areas, etc etc.
Do a google search I am sure there is a leaflet specifically on this subject.
