I assume you mean risk assessment, things to look for are CO2 in confined spaces, slips trips falls, manual handling, coshh for line cleaner, burns and or scalds in the kitchen, outdoor play areas, etc etc.

Do a google search I am sure there is a leaflet specifically on this subject.

Do you have the free HSE Food and Catering Information Sheets, Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice: Catering Guide, DoH Food Handling Guides, 'Assured Safe Catering', local guidance from your Env. Health Department, etc?
