Posted By Andrew Brews i have been asked recently to provide occ health advice to a food handling company packing salads and they have health questionnaire for new emplyees - at the moment their current occ health doc. just reviews questionnaire and signs to say fit without seeing employee - are there any guidelines regarding food handling occ health requirements - would value any advice regards Andrew Brews

Posted By Graham Cann Hi DOH produced guidelines on 'Food Handlers Fitness to work' some time ago before FHGR 1995. I have a hard copy only which I can copy if you wish and send. If you want it send me an address. graham.cann@stpaul.com
