The responsibility for the inspection and testing and subsequent reapirs (if necessary) will depend on the agreement or lease between your company and the landlord i.e. something like as fully repairable lease will require you to to the inspection and testing, but in some cases you my expect the landlord to provide you with safe premises. But ultimately you have responsibility to your employees to provide them with a safe workplace. Chris
