Posted By Ian Stone I am reviewing our Colleg Risk Assessments and have found them to be poor in regard to dangers to young persons (14-18) To help our assessors I am planning on making up an aide giving them generic hazards and controls I would expect them to identify within their areas. These areas include, kitchens, construction, hairdressing etc. Has anyone doen anything like this and if so could I have a look at what you have done? I have the HSE documents HSG 199 (H&S in work experience) and INDG 364 (H&S basic for emploers- work experience for young people) Many thanks Ian

Posted By Tim Don't have anything to hand but it is important to take into account young persons attitude and perception of hazards, also the requirement for close supervision. Tim
