You need to speak to an occupational health provider or the individual's GP to understand his specific situation. Heather

Posted By Gerry Knowles Peter, I would suggest that no one would have an assessment that you could use sucessfully. In cases such as this I have always formed a small group to assess the situation and design the retrun to full work process. The members are normally myself + The Person The Occupational Health Practioner The Area Manager. The persons GP has always been consulted (with the persons permission of course) I have always felt that this give a much better result for both the company and the person.
