All woods are different and I doubt that you will find an MSDS which will cover all hardwoods. Have you seen HSE Woodworking Sheet 30 on toxic woods?

The suppliers of the timber should be contacted as the first port of call, they have a legal duty to supply a MSDS. Another source of information is the Timber Research and Development Association. www.trada.co.uk

There is a document "critical assessments of the evidence for agents implicated in occupational asthma" Section C - considers some hard wood dusts meet the new EU criteria, revised in 1006 for classification as a respiratory sentiser (a cause of asthma) and labelling with R42.
Therefore treat as R42 May cause sensitisation by inhalation
R42/R43 May cause sensitisation by inhalation and skin contact
