Posted By rb Hello all, I have just been notified that one of our Merchandising staff is pregnant. I have carried out a risk assessment and covered such things as Manual Handling, Driving hours, Lone Working, Fatigue. Is there anything I have possibly missed, am I barking up totally the wrong tree? Any help greatly appreciated Many thanks Richard

Posted By Linda Crossland-Clarke Hi Balance, your body changes shape, so any use of hop on's or ladders etc needs to be considered in the RA. Also consider as her body temperature increases, she may need more frequent access to drinking water, otherwise constipation could occur. Regards Linda. SHE Knows.
