Look at users.quista and medsafe.gov - the latter gives data information and safety details. Stablisied in the title means that it either has a chemical additive to render it safe or it rendered safe by temperature control. Your operative may have been affected by the chemical or by the additive?? Dependant upon the extent of his exposure or the effect upon the person, medical assistance may be advisable. I assume the lid was replaced?
