Posted By garyh One of our scaffolders has a card (from 1975!) issued by "national joint council for the engineering construction industry". He claims it does not need to be updated (unlike the ECITB or CISRS cards). Does anyone know if this is still a viable card scheme? Is it equivalent to the other schemes?
