This may seem like a strange question but bear with me!

If an employee fainted at work, and because they fainted was then off work for more than 3 days, would it be reportable under RIDDOR as an over 3 day LT injury or not? There does not appear to be any particular reason for her fainting.

Any ideas?

Thanks

If the fainting isn't due to a work activity or the workplace, then I would say no it isn't reportable.
