In particular where either housing maintenance or waste industry activities were going on. Posted By Bill Bircham John, Thanks, but this seems to be a list of 'others'. What I'm after is cases where the Local Authority itself is the Defendant and was subsequently found guilty on charges which relate to the lack of management if its contractors. Rgds Bill

Posted By Adam Hammerton Bill, I was looking for the exact same info recently and could find very little. If you search the HSE prosecution database for breaches and use "council" "hasawa" section "3" and "contractor" in case details as criteria it will give you a few (mainly asbestos related) but they are more to do with the councils failure rather than the failures of the contractor.
