I have lifted the relevant section from the legislation and copied below:- This Order does not apply in relation to — d) fields, woods or other land forming part of an agricultural or forestry undertaking but which is not inside a building and is situated away from the undertaking's main buildings; So as you can see it does not exclude the buildings that make up the farm.
