same old chestnut, if there is evidence of poor practice then reasonable to assume that training needs should be reviewed.

Posted By andrew morris To echo the previous post, there is no set expiry for food hygiene certs - if its a significant period e.g. 5 years I would suggest some refresher training (inhouse) might be worthwhile!
