I spent the weekend with a friend who is a Personnel Officer. He was telling me about an assessment centre he was asked to set up.

Other than a presentation and interview with Q & A's, has anyone had any other additional assessments/hurdles that they have been expected to overcome in order to obtain a Health & Safety post?

In the past I have under gone Numerical and Verbal Reasoning along with Personality Tests. These are often referred to as psychometric testing and often used along with group exercises. If you get the opportunity for feedback take it as it very often provides useful information.
