Posted By SLS A recent audit by an external source has highlighted the fact that we are currently not using a 'checklist system' for tools and equipment in our Bodyshop department.
Does anyone have an example of the sort of checklist we should be using?
My aim is to produce a suitable checklist which i can then adapt to meet the needs of our other departments.

Posted By Raymond Rapp How strange? Last year at my previous job we were also audited and the same problem arose.
I do not have a checklist but would suggest it should be made up as an inventory with some basic info, such as part number, date of inspection (if relevant), date of calibration etc.
Regards
