Posted By db One thing to be aware of - although there is not a specific reg which prevents young persons working at height there may be local bye laws. Check with the local authority.

I would be averse in exposing young people to serious hazards like working at height. For a start, a risk assessment would have to be conducted to assess the risk and suitability of the person. I am all for some reality to work placements, but ensure you have a solid SSoW.
