Food Standards Agency is who to contact and their document Cooksafe (which might be Scottish name) is the one for guidance

Posted By Amanda Along with the CIEH there is also the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH). They do a lot of training courses for food hygiene along with public health issues (including nutrition). They have various levels of training from foundation up to advanced. I am a member of this institution and have found them useful in the past.
