Posted By D H Keep a clean house I say and you cant go too far wrong - especially if you are serving food - which means that youngsters may be permitted on the premises?
They deserve to be brought up to standard.

Posted By Robert K Lewis It seems from reading this that they did not have adequate, or any, Licensed Premises Risk Assessments (LPRAs) in place. These LRPAs are a critical part of their license but unfortunately EHOs are used to enforce them hence the H&S officer term I think. If you look at the detail there are potentially major risks to the public buried in this hilarity.
