Keep a clean house I say and you cant go too far wrong - especially if you are serving food - which means that youngsters may be permitted on the premises?

They deserve to be brought up to standard.

It seems from reading this that they did not have adequate, or any, Licensed Premises Risk Assessments (LPRAs) in place. These LRPAs are a critical part of their license but unfortunately EHOs are used to enforce them hence the H&S officer term I think. If you look at the detail there are potentially major risks to the public buried in this hilarity.
