First aider/appointed person treats casulty and completes accident book Local manager etc starts/completes investigation, checks for such things as risk assessment / safe system of work in place and being followed and develop an action plan for countermeasures if any Update RA and SSOW as required. All documentation sent to relevant department/person for data collection Follow up action plan at specified intervals Close out each action, until report complete etc etc. Hope that has given you a start.
