Good Day All
Has any one got a template of an Accident reporting procedure that I may take a look at.
We seem to have everything in place apart from this document.
I'm not to clear on how to start it so would be grateful for some advice.

This will be quite simple for you to generate.

Write down each step that you want to happen from the moment an accident is reported.

E.g.

First aider/appointed person treats casulty and completes accident book
Local manager etc starts/completes investigation, checks for such things as risk assessment / safe system of work in place and being followed and develop an action plan for countermeasures if any
Update RA and SSOW as required.
All documentation sent to relevant department/person for data collection
Follow up action plan at specified intervals
Close out each action, until report complete

etc etc.

Hope that has given you a start.
