Posted By Tony abc jprhdnMurphy Sorry chaps more advice needed. The Principal Contractor finishes his involvemernt in the project, and some weeks later, we revisit site to continue with our works, possibly lasting 2 months. Effectively we are the only guys on site, it involves CDM activities, but no mention in the contract about the PC role. The update to the F10 is easy enough but does the client have to "re appoint" a PC?

Posted By Ron Hunter You include the word "continue" (your work). I guess then that your work was suspended for the duration of the Notified Project. (The PC has gone, so I guess he wasn't paying your wages!) All construction work is covered by CDM, but does your (presumably seperate) bit meet the notification thresholds? If not, no F10, no PC.
