You have identified through RA that it is extremely low risk yet are you prepared to accept the blame if anything goes pear shaped? It is something we come across on a daily basis but I am always inclined to refer to the RA particularly if the outcome is likely to impact on the business. The flip side to that is that you have identified an area for training which your operatiives will certainly benefit from although there will be a cost implication. Damned if you do Damned if you dont
