The idea of the training is to raise awareness and competency of mid management with regards to their responsibilities under Health and Safety legislation. What I am looking for is a link or pointer to a recent case where an MD has received a suspended prison sentence in the ROI or NI. (From experience, I find that real cases involving local companies tend to knock the message home nicely)I'm under a bit of pressure time-wise and would appreciate any help. Thanks
