I am putting together a bespoke information package for one of our bigger clients here in the ROI. The idea of the training is to raise awareness and competency of mid management with regards to their responsibilities under Health and Safety legislation. What I am looking for is a link or pointer to a recent case where an MD has received a suspended prison sentence in the ROI or NI. (From experience, I find that real cases involving local companies tend to knock the message home nicely)I'm under a bit of pressure time-wise and would appreciate any help. Thanks
